Question from a contestant

A contestant wrote to challenge.gov asking "Are we allowed to have a team of people compete in the contest? It said it allowed individual and incorporate, but I'd like to compete with a fellow developer without incorporating." Would that be acceptable? let me know and I will write back

  Teaming, or any other arrangement between potential contestants, fall entirely outside the purview of the Department of Veterans Affairs, therefore we take no position on such questions. Thank you for your interest in the contest and we wish you and all contestants the best.
