Application Submission

How do we submit the letter and are there any specifics that should be included in the letter?

  Denise, check out the Enter a Submission Tab. It has a list of the items the VA wants us to include in the letter. I believe you scroll down to the bottom and upload your letter as a "submission" in the text boxes at the bottom of the same tab.
