Registration with Partners (TBD)
We are still in the process of finalizing who our partners will be in developing a submission. Are we able to register for the contest now and add additional partners at a later date? Do we need to have the definitive list of partners prior to registering for the contest? I’d appreciate any clarification that you might be able to offer.

Contest registration is for a single entity (individual, corporation, partnership, etc). There is no requirement to identify the membership of the entity or to update VA when changes to the membership or structure of the entity change. However, it is the sole responsibility of the contestant to ensure that the requirements of registration are met throughout the duration of the contest.
