Eligibility Question

Does the following satisfy the Eligibity Criteria:

An individual residing/working in the US temporarily (say H1B) (Not a US Citizen)
and
Running a Software Development company under "Sole Proprietorships"

    I think this section in the rules pretty much covers it:

    "b) If an individual, an entrant must be a citizen of or permanent resident of the United States. If an entity, an entrant must be incorporated in and maintain a primary place of business in the United States."

    If your company is incorporated in the US, then that would fall under the second half. It doesn't specify how many have to be in the corporation, just that it's incorporated with a US address.
