Should VM and application passwords be included in website submission?

Our expectation was to include this sensitive information as part of the document/cover letter submission via this website. We wanted to ensure that doing so would not compromise password or machine integrity. Please advise if this sensitive information should be provided via an alternative channel.

We have included this information onto the VM images and wanted to ensure that it would be accessible to evaluators.

    Submission documentation posted to the contest website is only available to contest administration personnel during the course of the contest.
